Therapy is a space to pause, reflect, and rebuild, one conversation at a time.

In one-on-one therapy, we create a supportive space to explore anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship struggles, identity questions, and more. My approach is collaborative and flexible—I’ll meet you with curiosity, compassion, and culturally affirming care. Whether you’re facing a recent challenge or working through long-standing patterns, therapy can help you better understand yourself and develop practical tools to feel more grounded and empowered.
-
Living with bipolar disorder can feel overwhelming. Together, we’ll work to decode your mood cycles, identify early warning signs, and build routines that support emotional stability. I use evidence-based approaches including psychoeducation, CBT, and Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT). I also help coordinate care with prescribers when needed. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or seeking to regain control after a setback, I’m here to help you track what matters—sleep, energy, nutrition, relationships—and build a treatment plan tailored to your goals.
-
Relationships take work, and therapy can be a place to reconnect, repair, and grow together. I offer couples therapy grounded in the Gottman Method, an evidence-based approach that helps partners strengthen emotional connection, improve communication, and navigate conflict with more care and understanding. Whether you’re dating, married, or navigating a major life change, we’ll work together to build a relationship rooted in trust, respect, and shared goals.
-
Group therapy offers the chance to connect, heal, and grow alongside others with shared experiences. I currently facilitate four active groups:
LGBTQ+ Support Groups (English & Spanish),
Substance Use Maintenance & Recovery Support
Grief and Loss Support.
Groups are developed based on client needs and feedback. You do not need to be an active individual therapy client to join a group; however, I do require at least one group screening session to assess your goals, ensure a good fit, and determine whether group therapy is the right space for you.
Group therapy can be a powerful space for support, validation, and transformation—and you’re never alone in your healing process.
